This penthouse belongs to Amit Sanghvi, an industrialist, who returned after spending several years in the US. He wanted his home to mimic the rawness and openness of the exposed industrial design that he took a liking to from his years of living in New York. This stylish Manhattan, New York luxury penthouse was designed by Turett Collaborative Architecture. The interior makes use of different textures and patters, as well as the addition of works of art, to add character and create something unique. Inside, this penthouse features a crisp, modern design filled with artful touches designed by Kelly Rosen, an interior designer based in Tribeca, who was selected for the project in the spirit of capturing the essence of the neighborhood, its creativity and design, a hallmark of 30 Warren. The pavilion follows his signature use of geometric shapes in harmony with the natural landscape and the precise use of exposed concrete.
