In this study, we analyzed the relevant properties and hygrothermal performance of prefabricated insulation elements developed for the deep energy renovation of existing apartment buildings with external walls made of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels.
In the current study, the potential hygrothermal risks and their effect on highly insulated multi-story apartment building envelope were analyzed.
The renovation also includes a comprehensive upgrade of the buildings technical systems. The residential complex is heated through a system based on heat pumps, significantly improving the energy performance of the building while reducing operational emissions.

Furthermore, visual representations like the one above help us fully grasp the concept of Thermal Performance Industrial Apartment Renovation.
This study presents a comparative analysis of the effects of lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) and foamed concrete (FC), with dry densities of 500, 750 and 1000 kg/m3, on the thermal performance of a typical multi-family (residential) building.
In the vibrant Kreuzberg district of Berlin, architect Christopher Sitzler-Brakel undertook a renovation project that transformed a traditional apartment within the historic Schmiedhof industrial building into a stylish residence suited for modern living.

Energy-efficient renovation Installation of an external thermal insulation composite system, joint repair Replacement of windows and entrance doors, renewal of the roof The building services systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electrical) were completely renovated.
This study assessed the condition of existing ventilation systems in high-rise apartment buildings and evaluated the performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of various mechanical ventilation solutions for renovation.
